If Salaried - Aadhar Card, PAN Card, 2 photographs (Passport size), Electricity bill, salary slip of 3 months, Form 16 for 2 years, Account statement for 6 months, Property Agreement, Rent Agreement (If Rented).

How do I register my property?
The original property document to be registered along with a copy is to be presented with the concerned Sub-Registrar by the Seller. Both Seller and the Purchaser are present before the concerned Sub-Registrar who admits the execution
of the document.
